In addition, boggy areas and wet soil can cause vehicles to get stuck or even slip and lose control which could cause damage to the vehicle or property. Stabilizing substrates is an important part of site preparation which can be easily accomplished using Scout Ground Protection Mats (GPM).

The University of Kansas (KU), located in Lawrence, Kansas, which is just 40-miles west of Kansas City, Kansas and home to nearly 30,000 undergraduates and graduate students is undertaking a major $448 million renovation of the iconic David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. Led by Athletic Director Travis Goff, this transformative project aims to modernize not only the stadium but is part of the larger “Gateway District” project which will provide a mixed-use conference center, and high-rise hotel accommodations, along with infrastructure improvements to significantly enhance the student, fan, and support experience.
